Q - Can you design something for me?

A - Yes! I can help with your design, working in with your requirements and then gaining assistance from either a draughtsman or architect to assist with ideas and drawings. I can then assist with engineering and approvals. All of this work is included in any quote that I give.

Q - How much is my extension going to cost?

A - How much would you like to spend... I can build to suit your budget from very basic low budget through to higher end work. The way I conduct a project (open book quotes, quality of workmanship etc) does not change with the value of the project.

Q - I have plans, can you build them?

A - Absolutely! I can build from any approved plan and in any materials, style etc.

Q - How do you work out your charges?

A - I show you all quotes etc. In fact I suggest you go to my key suppliers to decide what PC items you want and take advantage of my trade pricing. I run a completely open book type building service. I keep a folder with everything to do with your project in it and you are welcome to look through it. My charges are clearly stated so budget tweaks are completely transparent and can be changed to your exact requirements.

Q - How many people do you employ?

A - I employ various sub contractors that I have a long working relationship with and also have an apprentice. For bigger jobs where speed is an issue I can call on many other carpenters to enable quick completion of a critical stage for instance opening up a roof for a second level. I have been dealing with many other tradesman for many years. As an example I have been using Rienmac engineering for 20 + years.

Q - So I will be dealing with you?

A - Yes! You will be dealing with me at all stages of he job and I will be on site at all stages. I will be your builder...in the traditional sense.

Q - How many jobs do you have on the go at any one time?

A - Just the one! Your job! I take on only one job at a time. I like to conentrate on one job, put all my effort and thought into that one job and complete that one job on time!

Q - This may seem silly but how often do you clean the work site?

A - This may seem unusual for a builder...but daily!

Q - What type of building experience have you had?

A - All sorts from multi-story high rise apartment fit outs to garden sheds. From extensions to residential brick veneer houses to dental surgery fit outs. Shop fitting, additions, second story additions, guinee pig hutches, pool cabana's, gazebos, pergola's, bathroom and kitchen renovation, carports, back yard playgrounds, or just a new front door!

Q - Can I have look at work you have done previously?

A - Certainly. I would love to show off previous projects and introduce you to my clients.

Q - My AV TV gear is a mess with cables everywhere. Can you build it in?

A - Yes I can and I will do it, properly as well. I tend to work in with AV.TV and Audiofix.

Q - What areas of the Sunshine Coast do you work in?

A - I have taken on jobs all over including the Hinterland, Noosa etc, but most often it is closer in such as Mooloolaba, Minyama, Buderim, Mountain Creek, Kuluin, Maroochydore, Buddina, Bokarina, Warana, etc.
